A Brief History of Spacecast!

In March 2006 I had a fair old bit of time on my hands and was gagging to start my own podast, but didnt know how! So I hit upon the Idea of putting one out via a Myspace music page (Hense the name Space-cast…….geddit?….yea I think you do!)

Season One (March-May 2006) Spacecast began quite humble, and wasnt really about anything. Just two blokes dicking around for ten mildly entertaining minutes a week, although we wernt feature-less. Band in the background was created to give us some copywrite free music to talk over. Season One was bought to an end when I went to Ibiza for possibly forever! (but I came back after a month to save my Liver and Kidneys) 

Season Two (June-December 2006) Spacecast was bought back to life with a new co-host. The acid tounged Glaswegian Bird Pamela, a better logo and better theme music, but was getting a bit too big for the bladdy annoying 10 minute time restraints that are on the myspace music players sometimes resulting to two episodes a week.

Season two ended in December ‘06 and was shelved for a bit while I finished off at Uni, and attempted to figure out how to get onto Itunes (what growing boy doesnt dream of that?)

Season Three And so to the current season, with content! and a point to it! Music from unsigned bands, random comedy and me…A bloke from Derby!
